At KIDS ABA Services, we believe that well-trained staff are the foundation of exceptional care. We offer essential certifications such as Safety-Care training and CPR, along with ongoing education in clinical skills, ethical practices, and behavior analysis techniques. By investing in continuous learning, we ensure our staff are well-equipped to provide safe, effective, and high-quality care to the children and families we serve.

Safety-Care training

Safety-Care is a behavior-based crisis prevention program that teaches staff how to safely and effectively prevent and manage challenging behaviors. This training focuses on de-escalation techniques, personal safety, and respectful, evidence-based interventions. We provide Safety-Care training to ensure our team can maintain a safe environment for both clients and staff while promoting dignity and positive outcomes.

CPR CERTIFICATION

CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) certification equips staff with the skills needed to respond in emergency situations. We require CPR training to ensure our employees are prepared to act quickly and confidently in the event of a medical emergency. The safety and well-being of our clients is always our top priority.

40-hour RBT certification training

This is where quality care starts. Every Registered Behavior Technician begins with a comprehensive 40-hour training aligned with BACB standards, covering ethics, behavior reduction, skill acquisition, and real-world application. It’s not just a box to check—it’s how we make sure every team member is confident, competent, and ready to support children with care, consistency, and professionalism.

Monthly BCBA Training

Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts never stop learning. These monthly trainings keep our clinical leaders sharp, current, and aligned with best-practice research in autism care and behavior science. The result is stronger treatment plans, better supervision, and a higher standard of care for every family we serve.

Monthly RBT Training

Ongoing training is how great technicians become exceptional. Our monthly RBT trainings focus on practical, hands-on skill building, clinical updates, and real case scenarios from our centers. This ensures our team stays supported, skilled, and equipped to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care every day.
