We offer essential certifications such as Safety-Care training and CPR, along with ongoing education in clinical skills, ethical practices, and behavior analysis techniques. Safety-Care training

Safety-Care is a behavior-based crisis prevention program that teaches staff how to safely and effectively prevent and manage challenging behaviors. This training focuses on de-escalation techniques, personal safety, and respectful, evidence-based interventions. We provide Safety-Care training to ensure our team can maintain a safe environment for both clients and staff while promoting dignity and positive outcomes.

CPR CERTIFICATION

CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) certification equips staff with the skills needed to respond in emergency situations. We require CPR training to ensure our employees are prepared to act quickly and confidently in the event of a medical emergency. The safety and well-being of our clients is always our top priority.
