
Become a Fieldwork Student with KIDS ABA Services
At KIDS ABA Services, we offer hands-on, supportive, and structured fieldwork opportunities for students pursuing their BCBA certification. Our program is designed to ensure you gain meaningful experiences while receiving guidance from multiple supervisors.

No Cost for Full-Time RBT Staff.

Diverse Supervision – Work with multiple supervising BCBAs to gain well-rounded experience.

Monthly Knowledge Checks – Review BCBA Task List content to strengthen your understanding.

Practical Assignments – Weekly and monthly tasks designed to apply BCBA Task List skills in clinical settings.

On-Site & Remote Mentoring – Access direct support and feedback from supervising BCBAs.

Clinical Application Focus – Practice BCBA job duties on-site to build confidence and competence.
program Requirements

To participate in our fieldwork program, you must:

Be enrolled in an ABA graduate program.

Complete 40 hours of paid training with a supervising BCBA within 90 days of hire.

Pass the RBT Competency Assessment with your supervising BCBA.

Pass the RBT exam through the BACB to obtain RBT certification.

Successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Maintain full-time employment with KIDS ABA Services.
Annual requirements

To remain in the program, students must:

Pass the annual RBT Competency Assessment with a supervising BCBA.

Complete annual renewal through the BACB.

Continue receiving supervision and comply with BACB ethics requirements.
